Go green to breathe clean

Cleanliness promotes a healthy atmosphere that supports growth and promotes both physical and mental well-being. Its significance for both individuals and society as a whole cannot be disputed. The secret to life on Earth's existence and survival is environmental cleanup. Retaining a clean environment helps conserve endangered species, reduces pollution, and preserves the biosphere and the planet's natural resources. The cleanliness of a society is a reflection of its people's attitudes.

Trash, garbage, or litter doesn’t only affect our land surface but also our water, air, and health, and now, as we celebrate the National Clean Up Month this September may we always bear in mind that this trash can be moderated and properly manage if we help in clean-up activities by picking wastes and disposing it properly,” said DENR 6 Regional Executive Director Livino B. Duran.

The month of September was designated as the National Clean-up Month and the week of September 17–23 as the World Clean and Green Week in 1993 by Presidential Proclamation No. 244. Volunteers and environmental group supporters from all across the country come together to engage in these events/activities by cleaning their own neighborhood, school grounds, parks, rivers, coastal, and other regions.

Cleaning is a team effort. To improve our country, we must all work together. I, you, and We should work together to bring out the beauty of the environment around us. A little assistance is going a long way. Let's speak up for the younger generation and serve as good role models for them. Let's clean, now.

In this picture the tle-step club has a collaboration for doing the clean up around the campus every week, we're doing this to maintain the cleanliness of our school.

In this picture i am picking garbage around the campus, I'm doing this to lessen the pollution of the air because one source of air pollution is the unpleasant smell of garbage

In this picture we are  sweeping the floor because sweeping the floor is an essential part of maintaining a clean, safe, and visually pleasing environment.
In this picture we are picking wood because sustainable wood choices can help protect natural resources and reduce the environmental impact of woodworking projects.

In this picture we are planting, planting trees and other vegetation helps combat climate change by absorbing carbon dioxide and releasing oxygen. They also help reduce air pollution and provide habitat for wildlife.
In this picture we are picking out the grass because grass can sometimes be considered a weed when it invades garden beds, farmlands, or natural ecosystems. Removing grass in these situations helps control its growth and prevents it from overtaking other plants.
In this picture we are watering the plants since it ensures that plants have the resources they need to grow, thrive, and contribute to the environment.

Our participation in the campaign for a healthier, more sustainable, and clean environment is encouraged by National Clean-Up Month. It highlights the crucial role that each individual and community can play in addressing environmental problems and leaving a long-lasting legacy of responsibility and concern for our planet. By cooperating to clean up our neighborhoods and embrace sustainable practices, we can ensure a brighter future for future generations.

Fall seven times, stand up eight

Filipinos are known for their unrelenting determination and bravery under pressure. We have the power to recover from setbacks, becoming more resilient and eager to take new challenges. One of the most essential characteristics of Filipinos is their perseverance. Aside from being patient, there is just one option; hence, this description has an undertone for many people. Filipinos remain enthusiastic about this, especially when it comes to making decisions that affect their future and the prospects of their families.

The spirit of Filipinos is unbreakable, persistent, and triumphant above any other factor. Resilience is constructed on a solid foundation of family. Because it is the basis of society, it requires full attention and devotion, even to the point of sacrificing one's own life in order to fulfill the wants and desires of others. Family plays a crucial role in how resilient Filipinos grow. Since it is the foundation of our society of courage and motivation for the majority of us in the Philippines. Filipinos are willing to make promises for the wellbeing of our family and their happy future. They are prepared to endure adversity, judgment, harsh treatment, humiliation, and even the possibility of losing their lives.

Many Filipinos make every attempt to deal with extremes in weather, starvation, demanding work, or

other unseemly circumstances in order to benefit their families. People in the Philippines handle a variety of difficulties in life. Personal crises may involve things like illness, the death of a loved one, abuse, bullying, losing a job, and financial difficulty. Tragic new stories of terrorist attacks, mass shootings, natural disasters, a pandemic, and war are a common reality. People must learn how to deal with and get through really difficult life circumstances.

People who are adaptive, flexible, and persistent can increase their resilience by altering their attitudes and behaviors. When you are resilient, you can draw on your inner strength to overcome difficulties, feel victimized, become overworked, or participate in risky behaviors. Although resilience won't make you issue go away, it will offer you the ability to look past them, have fun, and handle stress more effectively. If your resilience isn't as strong as you'd like it to be, you can develop it and learn new skills to make it stronger.

With great power comes great responsibility

All executive offices, agencies, and departments report to the President. The President must guarantee that all offices strictly adhere to their respective legislation. The president serves as both the head of the executive branch and the supreme commander of the Philippine Armed Forces. Presidents are significant to us because they work to further our nation's development. They have a significant impact on our nation since the people elected them to lead it. You have a wide range of obligations in our nation.

You have the responsibility of defending our democracy, upholding the Constitution, and ensuring the welfare of all citizens in your capacity as President. Your choices have an impact on many things, including the economy, national security, healthcare, and education. It's imperative to keep in mind that enormous power entails great responsibility. For the benefit of our nation, kindly continue to perform your duties and exercise honesty in your leadership. Keep in mind the magnitude of your job as our country's leader. Our trust is in your hands, and we look to you for guidance and action.

I am confident in your commitment to serving the best interests of our country, and I hope that you will prioritize this issue and work towards a meaningful resolution. The decisions you make and the actions you take in this regard will be remembered as a testament to your dedication to the welfare of our nation. I have faith in your dedication to acting in our nation's best interests, and I really hope you will give this problem top priority and seek to find a just solution. Your choices and the acts you take in this respect will be remembered as evidence of your commitment to the well-being of our country.

Regardless of what people may say, you are still

the president of the Philippines, and I have faith that you will guide the citizens in virtue and advance our country. I'm wishing for a world without destruction this year and for future generations. I encourage you to uphold your commitment to openness, responsibility, and a readiness to hear the opinions and concerns of the people you represent. You can continue to fulfill your obligations, in my opinion. Your dedication to these duties and your capacity to lead our country with morality, insight, and compassion will determine your legacy.

Who Are You

I'm sitting in my room, looking in the mirror, and listening to the birds chirp. I heard various sounds such as laughing, chatting, music from my neighbor, and dog barking, but I didn't pay attention to them. I'm still staring in the mirror; I don't care how I seem, but I'm thinking about the things that represent who I genuinely am. That which makes me happy, sad, furious, or laugh. I'm listening to the voice within me that says, "This is me, and I'm proud to be me." What about you? Who are you

We know that everything changes in our lives and that nothing is truly permanent. Things we disliked as children are now our favorite. The things that used to make us chuckle are now the things that anger us. Our favorite person at the time is no longer our favorite. Our childhood dreams are not our current dreams. Why? because we are all changing. We all grow in maturity.

All of us have different hobbies and favorites because all of us are unique. All of us have different stories in our book of life but let me share the things that Best Describe Me. The things that i love is books, music, and also letters because books and music giving me comfort and letters is the thing that make me feel happy. The things that make me happy is having my me time because here i can enjoy and listen to myself and i also make time to think about different things that i made. The things that make me sad is seeing stray cats and dogs have no shelter and also those people that is homeless because i have a soft heart about this peoples and animals and i am sensitive and also i love cats and dogs and i can feel what prople who has no shelter because i know that they experience hard difficulties. I reallly love all things about myself. I want to think of myself as a kind, generous, and helpful person. I like helping my friends out by giving them advise on their issues and being there for them when they need me, whether it's by going to band concerts with them or being there for them emotionally when a breakup happens. I also consider myself to be a very imaginative, artistic, and creative person. I especially enjoy using my hands to make art. My personality is a little different from the norm, going from a humble, trustworthy introvert to a compassionate, understanding, outgoing friend. These contradictory variances are influenced by the people I engage with, my personal experiences, and my personal interests. I've always thought of myself as modest or subdued. My accomplishments are not given the credit they deserve by the public. Instead of feeling ashamed, I treasure my successes because no one else will.

Hi!! I'm Jameiah Mamaid Delos Santos, but I go by many nicknames, including "jam" for JAMeiah, "Liya" because one of my friends mistook Mamaid for my second name and said that when she read my middle name was mermaid, one of the mermaids on Barbie that she watched was Liya, "mia" for my family. By the way, I'm 15 years old, yet many people thought I was 17 or older, and some thought I was 13 or younger; I agree that we have various perspectives. I adore cats because they provide me with solace. Cabaroan Daya Vigan City is where I'm from..Because I'm a writer in our school, I enjoy composing essays and poems. I enjoy expressing myself by writing essays, poems, and music. I enjoy sketching on occasion. I enjoy learning new things and honing my talents. I am a woman, but I am more than that. My mother told me that I should stand on my feet.

In our life, we have so many differences about what we love and what we like because all of us are unique. I am just like a rock that whenever life goes hard i will not thinking of give up. I will use the obstacles as my strength. Every person is different from birth. When a person discovers their own talents and abilities, they become distinctive. An individual differs from others by virtue of being unique, but what exactly qualifies as uniqueness? There are numerous ways to be unique. Based on their abilities, personalities, accomplishments, traits, etc., people might be singular. I believe there are many ways in which I differ from others. I'm unique because I'm driven, have a strong work ethic, and am unwilling to give up. I also love math and science, have a passion for creating and fixing things, care deeply about helping others, and am outgoing, jovial, and assertive, which drives me to seek out challenges and accept them. I'm also not afraid to try new things because failure is a necessary step toward success.
