Thank You. NEXT.

While sitting down and reflecting on the end of my junior high school experience, I am left with a feeling of happiness and accomplishment. My courage, commitment, and development during the past three months have been shown, especially now it's the last quarter and as i reflect on it, i am happy to say that i survive the 4th quarter.

This quarter, we focused mainly on understanding the complexity of networks and systems in our classes, highlighting the need for safety procedures and precautions when working with circuits. Every instruction, from putting safety measures in place to avoid accidents to learning how to handle electrical components safely, emphasised the vital role that care and attention to detail play in guaranteeing the integrity of systems.

This quarter, the last of junior high school, has been wonderful and difficult. There were times when I felt uncertain and frustrated, but I overcame all of my challenges with tenacity and resolve. I took comfort in the fact that every lesson I learnt and every idea I understood will help me to finish this chapter of my school journey successfully.

I am happy with my progress when I look back. From the first quarter's uncertainty to the fourth quarter's victories, I have developed both intellectually and personally. I've improved my ability to solve problems, strengthened my work ethic, and gained a greater understanding of the significance of lifelong learning. I'm ready to say goodbye to junior high school and start the next phase of my education, and I'm bringing the priceless knowledge and insights I've gained along the way. I am confident that the knowledge and abilities I have gained from the system and network studies classes will be useful to me in the future, both in my academic and professional ambitions.

Echoes of the Future

I've had a variety of experiences throughout my life. But I keep asking myself, what? What will my position be in the next years? Will I succeed? Will I fulfil my dream? Or perhaps I'm going to another course. It's scary to think about, because we have no idea what our future holds.

But there is one thing I am sure of: I will be a veterinarian or a psychologist. I'm not even sure which course I'll take—psychologist or veterinarian. I'm not even sure which course I'll take from them. It's really difficult to make a decision in this situation. But, no matter what path I pursue, I am confident that by the end of the decade, I will be a successful person capable of serving the community and my family.

The reason why I want to become a psychologist is because this is what my heart desires, this is what I've really desired since then because I'm passionate about talking and am a good listener, advice giver, and observer. I also enjoy reading and watching topics that are all about psychology because it allows me to learn about people's standards of behavior, which is something I am quite interested in. I want to help those who find themselves trapped in their own thoughts because I have been there too. I've been hurt and degraded myself, but now I want to assist others like myself, i want to assemble their hearts and appreciate themselves for who they are. And I want to help individuals who are not mentally stable to bring the vibrant color of their world.

Second, I desire to be a veterinarian simply because I am an animal lover. We have some dogs and cats at home, and I love them. Animals give me happiness, every time I'm scrolling on my Social media accounts and see animals and i realize they do have an emotion too, that's why i love them. I remember when i suffer sometimes when our dogs and kittens die, so I really want to become a veterinarian so I can treat their diseases because we don't have enough money to see a veterinarian. Another reason is that my cat is currently losing vision. I feel bad for her, that's why really want to take this course. I've also seen stray cats and dogs on social media with nothing to eat, and i really want to adopt them and help them. And most importantly, I want to be a vet so that I can show all the animals that they are loved no matter what breed they have.

If you ask me how I see myself in ten years, I'll tell you that I see myself achieving my goals, finishing the course I'm taking, being happy in the future, continuing to grow as a human being, and supporting my family. Above all, I see myself maintaining my faith in God regardless of the situations that arise.

Shake It Off, Change It Up!

Feeling of pressure might come to an individual when considering how to make the change the whole world. However, the most critical factor is to begin slowly. Just take a glance at what surrounds you and select an issue in which you are interested and have strong feelings. Just appeal to donations, help at community groups, or even approach what you already support or can raise awareness of . Just every tiny step that others take for a benefit of greater good may lead to enormous change. Just keep in mind that revolution takes time and effort. It is essential for some individuals to connect with like minded people who also aspire to change others and their mindsets.

Recall that although making a difference requires commitment and persistence, it is possible to change the world over time. Make the first step by reaching out to others in your community who share your passion for bringing about positive change. Together, you can make a bigger difference and encourage one another along the way. Consider planning community initiatives, seminars, or activities that encourage participation and spread awareness. Keep in mind that improvement begins with tiny actions, and you can help a greater, worldwide movement towards a better world by being involved in your local neighborhood.

Join forces and find out how you might be making an even bigger distinction in each other’s lives. You might organize locally initiatives, workshops, and events which motivate others to take part. It is important to remember that small steps lead to more extensive action; by being a part of the local network, you may contribute to a larger international shift towards a better and brighter future. Making changes locally is a great way to start. Your passion and dedication will inspire more and more people to help you. Think about organizing awareness and education for other individuals when you gather a group of individuals who are on the same wavelength. Remember that even small activities can have a significant result.

Always keep an open mind to new ideas and teamwork in pursuit of your goal, and always focus on the belief that change is possible. Watching the effects of your work on your community will push you to broaden your initiative. Small measures achieve in community make a big difference in the world. Start by altering the world locally and focusing on a narrow regional perspective.

Forever and Always Brave

It's essential to keep in mind the significance of April 9th, or Araw ng Kagitingan, and the motives behind its commemoration as the day attracts closer.

Araw ng Kagitingan, or Bataan Day, commemorates the valor and sacrifices rendered with the aid of American and Filipino squaddies in addition to the fall of Bataan in the course of World War II. After months of heroic defense, the Japanese pressured over  75,000 Filipino and American forces to surrender on April nine, 1942. Today is a commemoration in their bravery and resolution within the face of hardships.

The captured infantrymen fought despite defeat, and heroes have been born out of the incident. The downfall of Corregidor passed off by means of Bataan's give up. But if the Japanese hadn't taken this stand, they may have quickly taken control of each US facility in the Pacific. They have been compelled to sluggish down by using Bataan, which allow them to time to put together for battles that might come soon after, such the Battle of the Coral Sea and the Battle of Midway. On February 8, 1945, American and Filipino liberation troops ultimately recaptured the Bataan peninsula.

An solemn reminder of the sacrifices made by people who combat to protect our independence and sovereignty is obtainable by way of Araw ng Kagitingan. Numerous soldiers braved unspeakable complication and lost their lives for our usa. This day honors the valor of American and Filipino infantrymen who battled collectively to protect our kingdom. Future generations can be stimulated through their unrelenting bravery and determination.

Celebrating Araw ng Kagitingan guarantees that the instructions and sacrifices made during World War II are in no way forgotten. Teaching the subsequent era the cost of freedom and the necessity of resisting injustice is imperative. Taking element in events and ceremonies installation to apprehend the valor of our defense forces.

Preserving the Flavor of Vigan's Longganisa

In the heart of Vigan, within the lively passageways of the public market, is a gastronomic treasure cherished by both locals and visitors. the famous Vigan longganisa. As part of our community-based research (CBR) project, we went on a tasty trip to discover the stories behind this known delicacy, interacting with vendors and digging into Vigan's rich culinary history.

Our CBR journey began with a visit to the Vigan public market, a lively hive of activity where the sights, sounds, and smells of local life blend together.

We interacted with sellers, they were warm and happy about sharing their insights, recipes, and family tales, giving us a look into the heart of Vigan's culinary culture.

We talk with longganisa sellers, digging deeper into what they do and the issues about it.

According to our gathered data the precise blending of ingredients to the art of stuffing containers, every step of the longganisa-making process reveals a labor of love rooted in tradition and dedication.

Listening to their experiences gave us a new appreciation for the work and passion that goes into each batch of Vigan longganisa.

As we finish our community-based research journey, we have a greater respect for Vigan's longganisa and the lively culture that surrounds it. Through our conversations with sellers, talks with makers, and the creation of our website, we discovered the stories, flavors, and traditions that distinguish this gastronomic gem. Our CBR experience has not only increased our understanding of Vigan's gastronomic tradition, but has also given us the ability to share it with others, preserving its legacy for future generations.

Never give up!!

As the third quarter comes to a close, it's worthwhile to reflect on the HTML lessons learned and the hands-on nature of community-based research. This quarter has been an adventure of learning and discovery, from grasping the complexities of tables, unordered lists, and ordered lists in HTML through hands-on practice in web design.

I can tell that this third quarter has been particularly difficult to put everything together because there are a lot of tasks, quizzes, summative assessments, assignments, and thematic projects that we need to finish before the end of the quarter, and it truly drains us to think about that. However, I would really like to thank our practice teacher and our teacher, Ma'am Evelyn Vera Cruz, for their patience in teaching us.

Stepping outside the classroom, community-based research evolved into a life-changing opportunity that connected theory and practice. Learning became tangible through interaction with local people, in-person interviews, and data collection. Our comprehension of societal concerns was enhanced by the rich array of stories and experiences. Furthermore, I'm very grateful of my group members as we communicate well and exchange knowledge.

We take the knowledge gained and the experiences made with us as we say goodbye to the third quarter. HTML has made it easier to be creative and innovative, and community-based research has shown us how knowledge may influence positive change. As we move forward, let's keep learning, empower one another and ourselves, and use our newly developed abilities to change the world for the better.

We Are All Very Proud of ISNHS!

The Ilocos Sur National High School Day was a spectacular event full of activities that brought the entire school together. From the early morning procession to the spectacular sports events and cultural performances, the day was full of pride and friendship. The pupils demonstrated their abilities in numerous competitions, and the school enthusiasm was obvious in the air.
Every year on March 8, high school day is observed. All students are encouraged to participate, and grade levels compete in a performance. We may describe the vibe as being extremely happy and joyous here. Everything is yelling and rejoicing in the amazing event

The day's highlight was the culminating event, which featured children performing imaginative performances and announcing the winners of various prizes. The school administration and faculty members also gave motivational remarks, highlighting the value of teamwork and academic performance. As the day ended, everyone went with a sense of success and a stronger camaraderie with their peers. It was a day that perfectly captured the colorful and dynamic character of Ilocos Sur National High School.

In addition to Foundation Day, ISNHS also holds other events and activities to celebrate high school days, such as prom nights, intramurals, and academic competitions. These events play a crucial role in fostering camaraderie and unity among students, as well as providing a platform for them to showcase their talents and abilities.

While ISNHS has had remarkable success throughout the years, it is not without obstacles. ISNHS, like many educational institutions, has challenges such as inadequate resources, overcrowded classrooms, and the need for ongoing improvement. However, the school remains committed to its objective of offering quality education to the youth of Ilocos Sur and continues to strive for excellence. The region has a rich history and culture.

God is A Woman

March is Women's History Month, which commemorates women's accomplishments and contributions throughout history. It provides an opportunity to recognize women who have made a difference and continue to inspire advancement in a variety of disciplines. This month serves as a reminder of the crucial role women have played in shaping society, as well as a push to improve gender equality.

In today's environment, women are tearing down boundaries and questioning preconceptions. Women are making enormous achievements in politics, science, industry, and the arts, paving the way for future generations. Their tenacity, determination, and unrelenting spirit continue to push positive change, resulting in a more inclusive and varied community.

It is also important to highlight the intersectionality of gender equality, acknowledging that the fight for women's rights must also address issues of race, class, sexual orientation, and more. By recognizing and addressing these intersecting forms of discrimination, we can work towards a more inclusive and equitable society for all women.

As we honor Women's History Month, it is critical to acknowledge the ongoing struggle for gender equality. Despite the advances made, women continue to face several challenges and injustices. It serves as a reminder that the fight for equality is far from ended, and that all individuals and institutions must work together and commit to the cause. Women's History Month commemorates the achievements and contributions of women throughout history. It is time to commemorate the trailblazers who have battled for gender equality while also acknowledging the work that remains to be done. From suffragettes who fought for the right to vote to activists who continue to strive for equal pay and reproductive rights, there

As we look to the future, we must continue to advocate for women's rights and support the next generation of leaders and activists. This includes raising women's voices, questioning gender conventions, and breaking down barriers that keep women from reaching their full potential. Working together, we can create a more just and equitable world for everyone.

# Empowering the Next Generation

One powerful way to support the next generation of women leaders is through mentorship programs. Matching young women with experienced professionals can provide invaluable guidance and support as they navigate their own paths and strive to make an impact in their communities. Additionally, educational initiatives focused on gender equality and empowerment can equip young people with the knowledge and skills to become advocates for change in their own spheres of influence.

Investing in resources and opportunities for women and girls, such as scholarships, leadership training, and access to networks, can also help to level the playing field and ensure that all individuals have the chance to reach their full potential. By fostering a supportive and inclusive environment, we can empower the next generation to lead with confidence and drive meaningful progress in the ongoing fight for gender equality.

In conclusion, Women's History Month is a time to acknowledge the accomplishments of women past and present, and to advocate for a more equitable future. It is an opportunity to celebrate the achievements of women and acknowledge the ongoing challenges they face. As we honor the trailblazers who have paved the way, we must also commit to creating a world where every woman has the opportunity to thrive and succeed, free from discrimination and prejudice. This month serves as a reminder that the fight for gender equality is not just a women's issue, but a human rights issue that requires continuous action and solidarity.

These meticulously constructed gestures demonstrate to your partner that you took the time and effort to make their day particularly special.

Consider giving back to the community by volunteering with a local charity or organizing a donation drive. Love can be demonstrated via acts of compassion and charity, strengthening your connection and giving you a sense of purpose and joy.

The secret to a memorable Valentine's Day is to plan events that are meaningful and personalized to your partner's hobbies and preferences. Whether it is a spectacular gesture or a modest sincere moment, the effort and thought put into it will definitely make the day memorable.

Capturing Memorable Experience At Estudyantepreneur

Estudyantepreneur, a TLE club event, stands out as a vibrant showing of creativity. This colorful gathering not only develops friendship among students, but also provides a platform for innovation, entertainment, and tasty food .

First, the exciting mood at Estudyantpreneur began with a photo booth explosion. The activity was made very enjoyable by the lovely and stunning sceneries, charming props like shades and headbands, and an enthusiastic photographer. A photo booth session in which they posed playfully with friends and captured candid pictures provided an enjoyable aspect to the event. It was an excellent method to capture a vivid image of our treasured experiences.

As someone who loves movies, the opportunity to see a film during a student event was simply incredible. The film screening session, which was planned for Estudyantepreneur, contained a combination of amusing and interesting swings. The collaborative environment contributed to the enjoyment, allowing students to react, laugh, and express their admiration for the art of storytelling through film.

Of course, my favorite freshly prepared Graham treats smelled through the air, calling us on a culinary trip. The variety of graham-based treats was incredible, from basic graham balls to successfully created graham desserts. Exploring the joys of these foods may be enjoyable, since each bite is overflowing with new sensations. The student entrepreneurs who made these tasty products demonstrated their culinary abilities.

The Freedom Wall was used as a canvas for free expression, thought, and doodling. As I approached this interactive space, I was greeted by the lively voices of students. The Freedom Wall, which featured encouraging words as well as artistic sketches, became a symbol of the student community's different opinions. It was a space that perfectly combined creativity and personality, with each line on the wall telling a distinct tale.

Estudyantepreneur was more than simply an event; it was an immersive experience that celebrated our student community's vibrancy and talent. From photo booth fun to cinematic entertainment, wonderful cuisine, and expressive screens on the Freedom Wall, each activity added to the overall experience.

"Estudyantepreneur" not only displayed entrepreneurial spirit, but also became an iconic picture of laughter, inventiveness, and the communal energy of student involvement.

It was a memorable adventure and a phase in my academic career that demonstrated the value of collaboration and innovation.
